Ability:Natural Cure (Heals conditions when switched out)
-Attract (since this pokemon is 100% female and most people tend to use males)
-Toxic (to be able to damage the foe)
-Light Screen (to be even more annoying)
-Rest (works well with its ability)

(Perfect IV's in appropriate stats)
