>>42171187It's a good swap in and Heliosk has a lot of coverage. I'm surprised you didn't consider it before considering that Thunder has 100 percent accuracy in rain. Jolteon has Volt absorb though so he might be better. Idunno. Jolteon has 110 base sp atk and 130 speed so it's good. Gmax Pikachu is a god though... he can paralyze groundtypes and just fuck shit up with his special attack. He also learns surf so he can set up rain dance just give him the special item to double his atk and sp atk.
