But joking aside, it strikes me that in the dex Delphox and Meowscarada have the same height, but in their models Delphox is taller, something similar happens with Gardevoir, which is supposed to be taller than Delphox, so I imagine that the height of Delphox is measured in her official art pose being hunched over.
