We expected them to be better because unlike these mental invalids we know the hardware (system and carts) were a big part of the issues in the past.
Nothing about their business model unlike what people like Jim Sterling which keeps being posted was wrong in the start. They were just trying to do their best at the time. You can defend the past and recognize it has no place in modern times.
They are not an indie goddamned company. They can take as much time as they need to get it right and they have their brand that will make sure they do in fact always sell no matter how mucxh time there is in between releases. Esepcially if they allow side series again.
They don't need to be like other games and be 3D or have DLC. Unlike the circumstances of the past nothing now requires it.
Saying we can't complain now because we didn't in the past is like saying because you kill someone in self defense once you can then kill endless people without legal trouble. The circumstances that made it okay in the past don't exist forever just because they did at one time.
