Sceptile already outspeeds Mega Blaziken (until Speed Boost kicks in)
Sceptile has double Swampert's Speed, so unless the huge, bulky Mega Swampert puts over 60 points into Speed (a huge waste since it has Swift Swim) and the super-fast glass cannon gets no Speed at all, M-Sceptile is going to outspeed M-Swampert
