Lando-T even fell off in VGC. Its highest ranking placement in the last VGC tournament was top 256. Even on cart it can't crack the top 30 most used Pokemon, and traditionally anything lower than top 35 has sub-2% usage in actuality. If cart had Smogon tiers, Lando-T would be UU.
