After a not so great time fighting Venus (and some terrible luck on Mt Battle), we were able to breeze through Ein and the Shadow PKMN Lab without much issue, even managing to snag Raikou on the first ball (with full HP to boot!)
Really liking the team I've ended up with too, it's real weird and I like it, HP Ground+Soft Sand Ampharos that is actually excellent for dealing with a lot of the stuff that Thunderbolt can't, as well as a surprisingly decent special attacking Flygon
Although I did spend a few hours maxing out his SpA EVs by grinding against Bandana Guy Divel in Pyrite a couple dozen times with the Macho BraceHopefully this team will be able to handle the upcoming bossrush, because after that it's the "Elite 4" and Nascour+Evice!
>>46959236I'd have a hard time picking between my Umbreon, Meganium and Flygon, but the one that's been the most consistently reliable has been Hibiscus the Meganium, the lad can tank for days, and that's pretty invaluable in such a damage-heavy game like this
