Plus Magearna is even older than the expedition so its not like the idea of a robot Pokemon is new to the Pokemon universe.
Plus if it was time travel why would Pokemon in the future have basic looking LED lights? They look more like toys, especially Bundle who literally moves like a toy. If they're man-made, why are they so robotic despite being from the future? None of the current man made Pokemon look that in-organic.
