>>54921263I can understand defog since it also lowers evasion but it blocking transform makes me fucking laugh. Essentially, any move that targets gholdengo that doesn't do immediate damage is negated. It isn't immune to secondary effects but if you wear covert cloak that fixes that issue.
Gholdengo can just leverage its typing extremely well but it just brings the challenge of not having an immediate answer such as having a fast ghost/dark/fire/ground type which all are extremely common along with their damaging move types as well. But I'd rather keep gholdengo to stop stallshit teams like pic related than suffer through 100+ turn games.
