>>38666994I.. don't think I've ever thought of it as wanderlust, but that's because this is honestly the first time I've heard the term. Not enough Walt Whitman in my life it looks like. I'm just naturally drawn to places where I can observe unhindered life, take in all of the scenery, maybe go on a little adventure and get lost, explore an abandoned fort or farm. I always saw it as a sense of adventure--climbing across a running brook atop a fallen tree just for the heck of it, and following the fireflies back to where I started just before the sun vanished behind the treeline and the light shifts from gold to blue. I guess that's why I still play Pokemon in the first place. It satisfies my sense of adventure, at least for a little while.
