This is probably why GF don't take risk as often as should or need to. As for OP's ask, it depends on if they get anything new in terms of regional formes or not. If we're talking about just base, I'm likely going with the Samurai for aesthetics & lore purposes, and to make Pokemon feel like Ghost of Tsushima.
