Star trek has more time paradoxes than logic paradoxes. The Voyage Home has a bootstrap paradox with the creator of some kind of aluminium if I remember right with Scotty telling it to the creator who would spread the means to create it which Scott would learn to tell him.
Doctor Who deals with paradoxes practically every week and if I remember right had a two part series finale a few years ago where the Master turned the Tardis into a paradox machine that kept it alive. Them there's Terminus and the paradox that created the universe.
And its been a while since I read hitchhikers but I'm pretty sure The Restaurant at the End of the Universe has time travel in it.
Why in the ever loving fuck would you pick 3 series that cover time travel and 2 that have time paradoxes more than logic paradoxes to say that logic paradoxes are more common?
