Then use a simulator, that's why they exist, competitive battles on the fly like that.

Then you should suck it up and play by that games rules, there has never been a game that just gave you all the good endgame content right away, you work for that. If that's too much trouble for you then play on a simulator; you can use these programs and get these Mons, but don't think for a single second you aren't a dirty cheater and act all victimized for being called out on it.
