Aside from being the same colour and type of animal, neither Luvdisc or Alomomola share the same concept (kissing guppy is distinct and separate from a sunfish) nor do they share a learnset or play style.
Like I said, autistics see something that doesn't marry with how they think reality should be and cry out about it. Doesn't actually mean there's anything wrong with reality.
