No one that has ever cried about "genwarring" has ever provided a coherent fool-proof definition that can be adequately moderated without arbitrarily banning people that aren't shitposting. It's one of the dumbest non-rules this board has (and thankfully rarely follows).
If I say X gen is bad and I say Y gen is better in the same sentence, any consistent moderation would have to ban me for saying that regardless of my tone or the context.
Over the years I've come to just get sick of overmoderation, every site hounds you for even slightly insulting someone else because everyone is a thin-skinned bitch.
It never solves anything and it just makes it to where the only people left have insanely fragile egos and they're all stuffy and whiny about every little thing. I'd rather this place be a free for all.
