In seriousness, the sweet spot for me is girls being the size of buildings and mountains. But the idea of a girl becoming city-sized and beyond scratches that good part of my primal brain. I'm one to say "the bigger, the better!", although I do see the beauty of a girl causing casual property damage with her triple-door demolishing hips.
