I can totally picture her coming back to Alola with her Alola champ and now-world champ boyfriend and using him to elevate her own social status, soaking in the attention just due to association with him, keeping free stuff and special privileges just because "she's the champion's girlfriend." Koharu's a very smart girl, so she'd absolutely know how to work it to get the best possible treatment.
