The "human-like posture" is one that 90% of frog Pokemon have. Even stuff like Poliwhirl go beyond that and flat out get latex gloves, and keep in mind that design is from Gen 1. Greninja is only made humanoid by the Ninja part, just like how Toxicroak is more humanoid for being based on troublemaker bullies. Your mistake is thinking these attribute are inherently faulty because of your personal bias when, just like any other design attribute, they can be either beneficial or detrimental. Greninja has folkloric ties to its design, and its inspirational attributes are done tastefully, creatively and without being overbearing, which is the defining mark of good design.
