So pretty much, I improved Eiscue's design based on another anon's post. It's a crappy doodle but if anyone wants to give some feedback feel free.
Pokedex Shield Entry: This shy pokemon prefers to hide away in a makeshift barrier made of ice. Once it's around pokemon and people it trusts, it opens up it's barriers and shows itself as a rather chipper and friendly pokemon.
Pokedex Sword Entry: This pokemon subsists purely on berries it finds in the wild. Due to the climate it lives in however, it preserves the juice by making them into popsicles inside it's fridge-like barrier. If it really likes it's trainer or sees a starving pokemon, it will split a popsicle in half as an act of good will.
Ability: Permafreeze
"Pokemon is in a constant state of frozen until below half health. User can still use Ice type attacks as normal, and defenses gets a 2x boost while in this state"
This ability is exlusive to Eiscue and acts like Comatose of sorts, having a constant status but still able to act despite of it.
It's role is obviously that of a tank, using berries and leftovers to get tbe job done but we ain't done yet. It also has a new move almost all ice types can learn: Frigid Mists
This is a new entry hazard move, one unlike other entry hazard moves. While others slow you down, poison you, or just damage you, this one forces swaps. The gimmick is that after 3 turns, any non fire or ice type pokemon on the opposing team is now frozen. This effect is amplified to every two turns if in Hail and is snuffed out during Sunny Day.
Hopefully this is a good way to improve this pokemon's personality and design, and spark a bit more outrage at GameFreak for not thinking outside the box with some of their designs...the Ice box (shoot me)
