This glitch is just weird and strange to look at. As you walk up & down the left (or right) side of the boat(s), take a look at the boats. As
you walk, the boats will have a weird pixel glitch and there will be a messed up line of pixels down the front (or back) of the boat.
I actually submitted this glitch on a message board on GameFAQs over 15 years ago and it got published in a FAQ there.
