It's litteraly what happened with Gen 3 making not all pokemon available or ORAS cutting content. People were angry, it's got forgotten and now we got wojacks about "you got now standards?"

Sure the whole criticism were also filled with trolls, people who didn't have bought the game or just the general mass. But instead of ignoring or calling for "too much criticism", Sean Murray has filtered the real points and decided to work on it
