>>57468914Yeah, I don’t mind that part. Cyndaquil was in Arceus, but what bothers me is that they just picked Chikorita AND Totodile while also slapping Tepig in there. I expected maybe Chikorita, Tepig and Piplup, or Snivy, Tepig and Totodile. Something like that.
As per the translations, as a Spaniard myself, I kinda get it. Latin America and Spain have separate dubs and localisations for most things, but the translation from Spain has been the only way to play Pokémon in Spanish for a long time. The thing is, the Spanish translation has a LOT of Spain-specific slang, so the LatAm people seethe because they don’t like it. It’s better this way, though. What would REALLY bother me now is if they started comparing localisations and claiming theirs to be better or something, they do that every time. And if gen 10 gets voice acting, they’re gonna be SO annoying about it.
