I can teach Fire Blast to Ninetails (deleting Safeguard) or Blizzard to Lugia (deleting Icy Wind). I’m going with the latter because it’s hailing where Red is and that should make Blizzard’s accuracy 100%. I don’t think I can beat him without grinding though, and I despise grinding, so I will probably just lose and then give up on the Gen 2 nuzlocke.
does anyone know if I can rematch the Elite 4? if I can, do they get stronger?
