Bros what am I doing wrong here? I'm trying to get my first Starf berry. I've got Roseli berries arranged just how the wiki recommends. I got Surprise Mulch on the open plots to encourage mutations, plus a fully leveled Squirtbottle. I've been idling on Unova Route 21 (May as well farm for Heart Scales), and I've already got all the available shinies. I've also completed Alola if that has any impact.
I have encountered numerous shinies, but I'm just not getting ANY Starfs. Am I missing something here?
