>>27100552Except that pokemon arent "first one gets it". They pop up at certain locations but everyone can catch one. This is why thee are stpries online about giving tips on where they saw a rare pokemon, because if they are lucky it might still be there for others and not despawned.
Probably because only having one appear and dissapear when caught could destroy a group of people trying to hunt together "that was MY scyther" etc
