That's actually the reason why deconstructivists are now adamant on arguing on what's even considered as a man and a woman. When you can't settle down on those things, these are decided by strongarmy instead of agreements, making the perfect recipe for a dictatorship.
The Ten Commandments are indeed a very simple set of rules people can understand easily, and be defined as an axiom instead of something that can be changed arbitrarily.
