I've seen people say that she's purposeful fetish bait while others say she's just taking the theming (Mangosteen being the "queen of fruit") pretty far which isn't that rare for Pokemon.
I've always been fond of the Grass waifumons like Roserade/Lilligant/Bellossom but wanted to see more "cool" types of that rather than "cute" types and Tsareena is exactly that. I'm also a huge femdomfag so that helps too.
