This is "Dungorth Hill" on it's peak is an old, long abandoned church and below the church is the old local cemetery. There is a legend surrounding this hill, the legend is that the hill is haunted and those that venture up there, never return.
DISCLAIMER
The reason the gravestones are just plain signposts is due to the fact that I can't migrate the headstone tiles from the special indoor tiles from Lavender Town and the lower windows on the church would be the windows on the houses in Pewter City if I could migrate those tiles.
