Why is Whiscash not banned? It's not broken in the hands of an idiot of course, but as a late game sweeper (literally not being sent out until opposing mons are weakened enough to OHKO), it's kinda unfair that there's no assured way to stop its sweep unless packing (probably Banded Dragonite) Extreme Speed. Hence why I say late game sweeper, plus of course they're going to carry a Sap Sipper user.
