Booker's voice is probably soft, gentle, high-pitched. In public, he often tries to deepen his voice a bit so he doesn't sound like a little girl (but he drops that and becomes squeaky again when he's scared).
Sneasel would sound like a stereotypical tomboy, average pitch for a young woman and maybe a bit raspy.
Cooper would typically sound bored or dull, and Testa would probably sound relatively high-pitched and full of energy, considering their personalities.
