Legitimately more badass than many of Ash's older traveling companions, always wearing and doing cute shit just because, and actively improving the quality of the show instead of just being an annoying little shit like Max was. She's one of the few characters that makes me sad Pokemon's anime doesn't have a time progression, because she clearly would've grown into a stellar trainer someday.
