Don't know how anyone can think that we aren't currently in Pokemon's dark age right now, the current game's content are extremely shallow, there's literally no worthwhile side content, the nostalgia pandering is at its absolute worst, the casuals are casualing, the anime is even shittier than usual, the starter wars have been at their absolute worst (over literally the worst batch of starters yet at that), we're getting live action hollywood trash that looks like the kind of fan content you'd see on DA or youtube in the 2000s and the shitposters are shitposting.
Seriously, nothing good is happening right now for Pokemon and Gen 8 will be /vp/'s make-or-break deal.
