Upon beating them you are awarded the "Silver Symbol", essentially showing that you "beat" the Facility, but by rematching the Facility and going even farther you will rematch the Frontier Brain at a higher difficulty with a new team of Pokemon, most of the time including legendary Pokemon. Beating the harder difficulty will give you the Gold Symbol, essentially saying you actually beat the whole Facility. You're never really done with a Pokemon game if you don't earn the Gold Symbols in games that have the Battle Frontier
