Every single Pokemon IS IN THE GAME'S CODE as in they're OBTAINABLE whether you're trading, injecting, or transferring from another game they're all in the game NOTHING had to be patched in

Most Pokemon are not in the code which means no matter how hard you cope and shit your pants about it, there's still Pokemon that can't be moved over because their data simply doesn't exist. Even after DLC which ADDED those Pokemon in with PATCHES you still are missing a bunch of Pokemon that can't be moved over

Nothing was patched in all and EVERY SINGLE Pokemon was coded in available. The only thing Bank did was allow you to transfer your mons over. NOTHING WAS ADDED WITH PATCHES otherwise look at RSE because it's the same fucking shit.
