Moderate depression and anxiety. Diagnosed by doctor and have been medicated for four years. Was recently sexually abused by someone who I considered close, full scale mental breakdowns I haven’t experienced in four years are occurring. Human contact now makes me very uncomfortable. People think I’ve developed PTSD but I won’t say I have it until a professional confirms it.
