>>34537754No, that's a bad idea because it makes your Fire Blasts weaker. You want Hurricane spam you go with something that can get STAB on it. Good Hurricane guys for rain teams are Tornadus (either version works fine, but genie form has more power so I'd go with that one), Pelipper, and Noivern.
Tornadus has the extra bonus of having Prankster, so it can use Priority Rain Dance. Pelipper's good too because it can also get rain going with its Drizzle ability. Noivern is nice because Infiltrator lets it hit through substitutes in case some idiot tries to use substitute or something. All 33 work nice, Noivern is a little low on power so it might need Choice specs to keep up the damage.
