I made some Future/Past forms for the Kanto Starters before the games even came out a while back, I'll try to remember them:
>Past Venusaur: Amble Jungle - Grass/Dragon
>Basically Venusaur but completely covered in hanging plants and with a larger flower and a more draconic appearance under his vines and leaves.
>Future Venusaur: Geodesic Greenhouse - Grass/Water
>Very light colored and smoother looking Venusaur, with a geodesic dome over it's flower and vapor leaking out of exhaust ports on the dome. Dome opens up for attacks.
>Past Charizard: Blazing Terror - Fire/Dark
>Wingless Charizard who is much more ferocious and primordial in behavior. Has more horns and spikes than usual. Scorches the lands around it to mark it's territory.
>Future Charizard: Plasma Jetstream - Fire/Electric
>Yellow Charizard who has been bred to utilize its fire as plasma rather than flames, giving it an electric typing. It's wings have adapted into spoiler-like structures for land based speed. Popular for pokemon racing tournaments.
>Past Blastoise - Zen Fountain - Water/Rock
>It's overall appearance is more mossy and beautiful looking, due to its life in ancient gardens acting as it's protector. It's shell and cannons resemble garden tile and fountains. It's much more peaceful than it's present day counterpart.
>Future Blastoise: Hydroponic Battleship - Water/Steel
>This Blastoise is fitted with heavy metal battleship armor and massive weaponry, as well as improving his own existing cannons. He is very serious and is dedicated to winning any battle or war he is sent out into.
