>>34330122Sorry about the eyes, the source gif was compressed a little and the eyes shared the colour of the pink of the back for a few frames, so it flickers a little. Maybe you can pretend it's blinking?
>>34330142It's a little complicated but pretty quick if you know what you're doing.
1. Open up the source gif in Photoshop.
2. Window > Timeline to open up the frames of the gif along the bottom of your window.
3. Expand the canvas and add the sprite alongside the frames of the gif.
4. File > Save for web... to open up the Save for Web window.
5. Look at the Colour Table section and double click on the colour to change out the hex value in accordance to the sprite.
6. Save... and select the format "Images Only"
7. Open the newly saved gif version in Photoshop
8. Select all the frames in the timeline at the bottom, and click "Copy All Frames".
9. Go over to your original gif, select the last frame in the timeline there and click "Paste Frames..." and choose "Paste After Selection" (this creates the seamless loop)
10. Click "Save for web..." again, but this time click "Unshift all colours" and then save like last time.
