I remeber Tyme because I've done the school championship thing a dozen times to grind for money. I didn't remeber Rika because in the hundreds of hours I've spent on this game, I've spent 20 minutes tops interacting with her. It's the same reason I honestly couldn't tell you what the names of the other elite 4 members are besides Larry.
Maybe I'd have an easier time remembering these guys if I didn't fight them all in the same plain-ass room.
Or if they were even remotely challenging
