I don't anything about stats, but I'd like one where his puffed out body's deflated like a normal puffer fish,
BUT instead of just the size gone, now his tails puffed up into a gigantic fin/fan weapon, raising speed and attack, but maybe lowering defense? It's like Qwilfish is just always bloated, so instead all the bloat went to his back like someone squished it out.
