Are there any modding utilities that let me modify a Gen I Pokémon game to change the Pokémon that evolve by trading to having them evolve by level? Because of the TwitchPlaysPokemon thing, I felt like emulating Red version, so I got the 151 mod thinking that it'd have all the Pokémon available without having to trade, which wasn't the case. All the utilities I could find with Google either didn't have an option to do what I want to do or were for the Gen III games
