Like, it makes sense that all Primapes are angry, because some species of animals are more aggressive than others, but they can have a personality beyond that. It doesn't make much sense a bunch of walking cats are all cognitive enough to understand the full spectrum of human emotions, while also forming the exact same opinions them, impacting their attitude and giving all of them a 'heel' persona.
That's the problem with a lot of Pokemon now. They're not designed as species of animals and monsters, they're designed as specific characters with pre-determined personality traits and backgrounds.
I want shy Incineroar, I want lazy Incineroar, I want goofy Incineroar.
