>>21214392"...Anina?" you ask, craning your head.
It's not a stupid assumption, it's a justified mistake. It's true, this Hex Maniac indeed shares some similarities and qualities with the friendless bewitched lunatic that you've 'befriended' over your travels. There are some differences though. This maniac for instance is undoubtedly older and taller, while also appearing to be much more refined and reasonable than Anina ever could be. In short, she is a woman who actually knows what she's doing and knows what she has to do to get what she wants, the downside to that is that she doesn't seem to have any good intentions in mind.
She cringes from hearing who you've just mistaken her for, "Agghhhhh.... That name.. That disgusting, rage-inducing name... How I DETEST that name, how I wish it never existed... Never before have I had the misfortune to know a person so lazy, so vexatious, so inept, so...STUPID... that she can't even handle the simplest of objectives... Merely hearing her name, be it by shoutout or off-hand mention, makes my blood boil.. Never mistake me for that wretched piece of filth ever again.."
A) "A-Ah, s-so you know her too then!"
B) She demands to know if her existence unnerves you in the same way.
C) "S-Sorry, i-it was a honest mistake!...y-you do look a little bit like her.."
