EVERYTHING goes in a penny sleeve, holos get doubled, split it into stacks of 20-30, sandwich between oversized, very rigid cardboard squares, then held tight with at least two rubber bands that never touch the cards. The bands should be tight enough that it's impossible for the cards to shift around, but not so tight that it crushes the cardboard onto the edge of the stack. Each stack then gets individually bubble wrapped and it all goes in a box, not a padded envelope.
