I don't have such a vehement obsession with these games that I can't just let them go once they get too shit for my taste.
I like how they are now, I'm liking what I'm seeing with S/S thus far. When it gets to the point I no longer like it, I'll just move on and play the old games if I ever feel like playing good pokemon again.
It ain't that hard.
