>>48342541Hopefully this will be a bit more fun. A snaplocke is a variant made by the nuzlocke discord server (not a place I find pleasant, but occasionally there's some good resources there) where:
>you must have a full team for each gym>after the battle, half the surviving team is killed, decided by dice roll (hence the "snap", it's like Thanos)>snaplocke+ is a variant where a roll is done individually on every member of the team>also notepad clause, which prevents me from boxing anything until it diesAnd then standard hardcore rules.
>>48342738Some real old heads coming back.
Perhaps you could use Priscilla or Bartleby in the PC there to try and para/burn the Haxorus? Alternatively if you can kill it in one hit, Iris will usually heal after you hit it to its Sash. Or you could find a way to setup beforehand with Heracross or the like
>>48343978Nice to see you back drawfriend. Marinette's illustration looks ridiculously cute
>>48343403Thanks.
Buffel Salt's hacks are pretty notoriously difficult, even moreso than Drayano I think. By the third or fourth island things will pick up considerably.
>>48344156:(
You'll get better, dw anon
>>48344301Big problem with Gligar is you can't evolve it before postgame.
Honestly I'd go instead for something like Quagsire or Lickilicky, to try and recover some bulk for your team. Though I think Gyarados is even better than both, even with Feraligatr
>>48345319Yeah, it doesn't open until after Erika and the move tutors aren't until after Silph Giovanni.
That said, now you have a bunch of new routes/dens open, evo items, and the hidden ability changer so it was still a good idea. I personally did it everytime I ran RR
>>48345705BW in general is a piece of shit for typelockes (other than maybe Flying?), it may be luck but it's necessary. Honestly very cool you're making it this far on the first attempt.
