Berry specialists will want any nature that's Ingredient Finding down, and prefer ones that are Speed of Help up or Energy Recovery up. Main Skill Chance up and EXP Up are also good.
So berry specialists will favour Adamant, followed by Impish, Careful, and Jolly.
Ingredient specialists will want any nature that's Ingredient Finding Up.
Unfortunately, this means that any negative they take is going to be bad.
Rash is arguably best, if you don't want to rely on their main skill. Modest is pretty bad (as is any nature that reduces helping speed).
Skill specialists will want any nature that is Main Skill Chance up. Careful is arguably the best nature for any support Pokémon.
So yeah, pay attention to both your Pokémon's speciality, and their nature.
You can see that ingredient specialists have it hard, as berry specialists can actually get more natures that are beneficial by reducing their ingredients found.
