Ok, I think this is the final revision, for real this time. I tried looking at the Pokégear rematches already in the game to see how they handle evolutions and adding new team members but there wasn't that much to go off. I settled on everything being evolved if they are past the evo level, except trade evos and stone evos which have one or two battles as their base form before evolving. What do you think? Isn't it weird that Blaine has a Vulpix at level 50 etc.?
