So, this was certainly asked a million times already, but how exactly do i build the team for NPC tower and frontier battling (meaning 3 pokemon team with no legendaries)? I never really bothered with this anyway, and after not playing pokemon for a long time i can't even get to the first leader battle in gen 4 battle factory (and factory is the easiest part). Any reasonable advice will be appreciated.
