Maybe in the west sure, but he seems really popular in East Asia, he´s really popular with some prominent poke artists and ranks higher than Whitney & Clair in some of the Japan and Korea polls I´ve seen (granted maybe there was a lot of fujo bias in the community that did those polls but I don´t know since I just randomly saw them show up on vp and twitter, I don´t know anything about the person who conducted them). Top 3 in East Asian communities seems to be Jasmine, Morty, and Falkner or Whitney.
